The Sebastian Vail is seeking a charismatic and experienced Director of Front Office to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role requires a dedicated leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the Director of Front Office, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of the front office department, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, train, and mentor front office staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and improve service quality.

- Oversee all front office operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, and concierge services.

- Manage guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and operations.

- Optimize front office efficiency by implementing effective processes and technology.

- Monitor and manage front office budgets and financial performance.

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, team members, and external partners.

- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and standards.

- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into the front office operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a front office or hospitality environment.

- Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest service, and hospitality best practices.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
