We are seeking a dedicated and professional Gambit Server to join our esteemed team at The Sebastian Vail. The ideal candidate will deliver exemplary service to our guests, creating memorable dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding table service, demonstrating a deep understanding of the menu and beverage offerings.

- Anticipate and respond promptly to guest requests and needs.

- Ensure tables are set and maintained to meet The Sebastian Vail's high standards.

- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.

- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards consistently.

- Collaborate with teammates to ensure a cohesive and efficient service environment.

- Handle guest concerns and special requests with professionalism and tact.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a server in an upscale dining or hospitality environment.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize.

- Knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails is an advantage.

- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Positive attitude and a team player spirit.
