**Position Overview:**

As a Bartender at The Sebastian Vail, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. You will create a welcoming and engaging environment for our guests, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and managing inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, processing payments and giving change as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, drink specials, and promotional events.
- Assist in training and mentoring new bartenders and bar staff as needed.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture.

**Qualifications:**

• - Previous bartending experience
• - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• - Knowledge of local and state alcoholic beverage laws and regulations.
• - Must be at least 21 years of age and possess any required certification (e.g., TIPs, ServSafe).
• - Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
