
Residence Club Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Residence Club Manager to oversee all aspects of our luxury residence club. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Residence Club Manager will be responsible for managing all operations of the residence club, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, and leading a team of staff members to provide a seamless and memorable experience for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the residence club, including housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge services
- Ensure the residence club is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety
- Coordinates Selection Process with owners, tracks all reservations and facilitates input into reservations systems
- Develop and implement resident programming and events to enhance the overall resident experience
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of staff members to ensure a high level of customer service
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company standards
- Manage resident communications and feedback to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
- Coordinates Selection Process with owners, tracks all reservations and facilitates input into reservations systems
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local businesses to enhance resident services and amenities
- Prepare and manage the residence club budget, including forecasting, reporting, and managing expenses
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of property management software and systems
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
