Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist with luggage handling, escorting guests, and coordinating valet-related services as needed.
• Support guest transportation and parking services while following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Provide directions, property information, and general assistance to guests and visitors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable entrance and lobby area.
• Communicate effectively with front desk, valet, housekeeping, and other hotel departments to support smooth operations.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and help resolve basic concerns with professionalism and care.
• Follow all company standards, service expectations, and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, valet, bell services, or a related customer service role is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move luggage or other items as required by the role
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and procedures
• Valid driver’s license
