Spa Aesthetician Technician - The Sebastian Vail

The Sebastian Vail is seeking a dedicated and skilled Spa Aesthetician Technician to join our team. As a Spa Aesthetician Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality spa services to our guests, ensuring each client's experience is both memorable and rejuvenating.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of facial, body, and waxing treatments tailored to clients' needs, maintaining the highest standards of service.

- Evaluate clients’ skin and recommend suitable treatments or products.

- Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained in compliance with health and safety standards.

- Continuously stay updated on the latest beauty and skincare trends and products.

- Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients.

- Accurately manage appointment bookings and maintain detailed client records.

- Engage in ongoing professional development and training sessions to enhance skills and service offerings.

- Promote and sell spa products by providing clients with knowledgeable recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Valid state licensure as an aesthetician.

- Proven experience as a spa technician or similar role, ideally within a luxury spa or hospitality setting.

- Strong knowledge of skin care products and processes.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining high client satisfaction.
